Forest City Jack Nicklaus Legacy Course

In November 2005, Jack Nicklaus was honored at the White House and awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the United States. He is one of the only 16 people in history to receive both the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Congressional Gold Medal, making him one of the only two golfers to achieve this distinction. Nicklaus has been involved in the design of nearly 300 golf courses worldwide, and his Nicklaus Design company operates close to 410 globally playable golf courses. Nicklaus Design courses are distributed across 41 countries and 39 states.
